- Getty Images Holdings will hold its 2026 annual stockholders meeting virtually on Oct. 8, 2026.
- Shareholders will vote on electing three Class I directors: Patrick Maxwell, Jeffrey Titterton and Thomas Walper.
- Ballots also cover a reverse stock split for Class A shares at a 1-for-5 to 1-for-20 ratio.
- Other proposals include ratifying Ernst & Young as auditor for fiscal 2026, amending the 2022 equity plan and amending the 2022 ESPP.
