Getty Images Holdings announces annual shareholder meeting

Getty Images will hold its 2026 annual shareholder meeting virtually on Oct. 8, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on electing Patrick Maxwell, Jeffrey Titterton and Thomas Walper as Class I directors for terms running to 2029.
Ballots also cover ratifying Ernst & Young as auditor for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
Reverse split and plan amendments on the ballot
Other items include a reverse stock split of Class A shares at a 1-for-5 to 1-for-20 ratio.
Shareholders will also vote on amendments to the 2022 equity incentive plan and the 2022 employee stock purchase plan.
