Over the past three years, Bernes led the integration of Noble House into GigaCloud, built the Brand Center business unit overseeing product design and branding, and established key brand relationships that expanded product offerings and enhanced value for ecosystem partners.

GigaCloud has initiated a formal transition and succession planning process aimed at appointing industry veterans to helm the Brand Center, with the goal of executing an orderly leadership handover and preserving uninterrupted operations before Bernes’ departure from his executive position.
