The company’s management team, led by CEO Adi Sfadia and CFO Gil Benyamini, will host a conference call and simultaneous webcast at 8:30 AM EST (15:30 IST) to discuss revenues, gross margin trends, segment performance and order backlog developments. 2. Gilat Secures $11 Million VHTS Contract in APAC Market

Gilat has been awarded an $11 million contract to supply its SkyEdge core platform and ground segment hardware to a leading telecommunications operator in the Asia-Pacific region. The deal covers delivery of multi-orbit gateway components, Very High Throughput Satellite modems and network management software, scheduled for installation during the second and third quarters of 2026. This contract marks Gilat’s fifth major VHTS award in APAC over the past 18 months and is expected to generate approximately $4 million in recurring service and maintenance revenues over the initial two-year support term. Management highlighted that the win reinforces Gilat’s strategy to expand commercial broadband connectivity in under-served markets and accelerates cross-selling opportunities for its wholly owned subsidiaries Gilat Wavestream and Gilat Stellar Blu.
