GitLab Q4 Revenues Rise 23.2%, EPS Beats But Shares Slide 10%

GitLab posted Q4 non-GAAP EPS of $0.30, topping estimates by 32.6%, up from $0.33 a year earlier. Revenues rose 23.2% to $260.4 million, driven by subscription revenues which jumped 26.3% to $234.3 million.
2. SaaS and License Performance
SaaS revenues surged 38% year over year to account for 32% of total sales, reflecting strong uptake of GitLab Dedicated and Duo Agent Platform. License and other revenues climbed 1% to $26.1 million.
3. Customer Metrics and Remaining Performance Obligation
Customers with ARR over $5K increased 8% to 10,682, while those above $1M rose 26% to 155, underscoring enterprise adoption. Total RPO grew 20% to $1.1 billion, with current RPO up 24% to $719.4 million.
4. Fiscal 2027 Guidance
GitLab forecasts Q1 revenues of $253–255 million (18–19% growth) and non-GAAP EPS of $0.20–0.21. Full-year revenues are projected at $1.0–1.1 billion (15–17% growth) with non-GAAP earnings of $0.76–0.80 per share.
