The company closed a USD 60 million 7% note issue due December 2029; CEO Bob Marcotte cited strong deal flow and spreads supporting distributions through 2026.
Quarterly net investment income declines
Gladstone Capital posted net investment income of USD 11 million, down 7% from the prior quarter, with net investment income per share at USD 0.49.
Interest income rose 4.7% to USD 24.29 million, while other income fell to USD 201,000 from USD 2.8 million on no one-time dividend and prepayment fees.
