Gladstone Investment named Erika Highland president effective Oct. 1, 2026, while David Dullum stepped down as president and remains CEO.

1. Leadership change

Highland served as executive vice president from March 2026 through Sept. 30, 2026, and as senior managing director from October 2023 to March 2026. She joined the Gladstone Companies in August 2005 and led investment sourcing, deal execution, portfolio management and exits.
