Glaukos signs exclusive license deal with RevOpsis for retinal biologic RO-104
GKOS•Glaukos entered an exclusive license deal with RevOpsis Therapeutics for RO-104, a retinal biologic, and access to the RevMod platform. Financial terms were not disclosed.
1. License agreement
The agreement covers development and commercialization of RO-104 for neovascular age-related macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease and retinal vein occlusion. Glaukos also receives exclusive access to RevOpsis’ RevMod platform to generate up to four additional retinal biologic candidates. RO-104 is designed to block VEGF-A, VEGF-C and Ang-2.
