Global Business Travel Group held a virtual special shareholder meeting on Aug. 3, 2026 to vote on a proposed merger.
Shareholders adopted the merger agreement with Gaia Purchaser and its unit Gaia Merger Sub; the vote authorized the transaction but did not confirm closing.
An adjournment resolution was not put to a vote because support for the merger agreement was already sufficient.
