1. Record earnings and profitability

Global-e reported Q4 net profit of $62.5 million versus $1.5 million a year earlier, delivering GAAP EPS of $0.35. The company achieved its first full GAAP profitable year with EPS of $0.39 and drove full-year GMV to $6.57 billion, up 35%, and revenue to $962 million, up 28%. Adjusted EBITDA reached $198.5 million, representing a 20.6% margin.

2. Shopify Managed Markets expansion

The firm’s Shopify Managed Markets version 2.0 is now integrated into Shopify Payments, enhancing harmonization between global and domestic flows, faster payouts and tighter compliance control. Expansion into additional countries and development of new features are planned for coming quarters to accelerate merchant adoption.

3. AI-powered efficiencies

AI initiatives cut R&D intensity by roughly 70 basis points in 2025 without headcount increases, while internal chatbots now handle a growing share of customer inquiries. LLM-based site localization and customs HS code classification tools are live, and an AI agent boosts prospect identification and qualification, increasing monthly demos.

4. 2026 growth and profitability outlook

For Q1 2026, Global-e expects GMV of $1.705 billion to $1.745 billion, revenue of $247 million to $254 million and adjusted EBITDA of $46.5 million to $49.5 million. Full-year guidance targets GMV of $8.45 billion to $8.80 billion, revenue of $1.21 billion to $1.27 billion and a 21.9% adjusted EBITDA margin.
