Global Indemnity Group appointed Jessica Buss to its board, effective October 26, 2026. She succeeds Bruce Lederman, who retired after most recently chairing the board’s Enterprise Risk Management Committee. Buss previously served as CEO of GuideOne Insurance, Argo Group and Open Lending, where she also chaired the board.
