GM is recalling 43,000 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban, GMC Yukon and Yukon XL, and Cadillac Escalade and Escalade ESV SUVs equipped with its 10-speed automatic transmission due to a control valve defect that may lock the rear wheels.
2. Dealer Remedy
Dealers will install updated transmission control module software free of charge to address potential valve failures and prevent rear-wheel lockups.

GM is dedicating $63 million to modernize stamping operations at its Oshawa plant in Ontario, enhancing capacity and efficiency for full-size gasoline‐powered pickup production.
