GMEX Robotics Corp said it will buy a 30% equity interest in Alpha Meta AI, with an option for a controlling stake.
The purchase consideration includes cash and GMEX common shares.
The issuer targets more than $52.60 million in revenue in five years, and GMEX is entitled to an adjustment if that is not met.
