GMEX Robotics entered into a AU$4.2 million purchase agreement with a leading Australian food and beverage group to deliver a minimum of 50 all-in-one kitchen robots, including Bon Vivant 3.0 and Max models. The customer operates multiple high-end restaurants and airport venues, marking GMEX’s first commercial restaurant order since rebranding and launching its culinary platform in December 2025.

The Bon Vivant 3.0 and Max systems integrate AI-driven control systems, sensors and programmable cooking workflows to automate key culinary processes. Designed for professional kitchens, these robots aim to reduce labor intensity, standardize food preparation and ensure consistent dish quality across multiple locations.

This order represents the initial step in GMEX Robotics’ plan to commercialize its intelligent culinary solutions and expand into the hospitality sector.
