Golden Heaven unit signs amusement equipment lease for RMB 110.4 million in annual rent
GDHG•Golden Heaven subsidiary Nanping Golden Carnival signed an amusement equipment lease with annual rent of RMB 110.4 million for three projects, running from January 1, 2026, through October 31, 2036.
1. Lease terms
Nanping Golden Carnival signed the lease with Fuzhou Yibang on October 27, 2026, covering equipment at the Fengshui Lake, Shili Huaxi and Xiapu amusement projects. Equipment delivery is due November 1, 2026; rent is payable monthly within the first 10 working days and increases 2% annually beginning in the second year.
