Teva elects David J. Brailer to board, effective November 3, 2026

Teva elected David J. Brailer as an independent director on October 27, effective November 3, 2026. His term runs until the 2027 annual shareholders meeting.

1. Board appointment

Brailer is expected to join Teva’s Human Resources and Compensation Committee and Compliance Committee. He served as Cigna Group’s chief health officer from 2022 to 2026 and chief transformation officer from 2024 to 2026.
