Golden Minerals names Keith Laskowski EVP of exploration
AUMN•Golden Minerals appointed Keith Laskowski executive vice president of exploration on a consulting basis and named director David Watkins president and CEO, effective today, following Pablo Castaños’ resignation.

Golden Minerals appointed Laskowski, an economic and mining geologist with 45 years’ experience, as executive vice president of exploration on a consulting basis. The company also named director David Watkins president and CEO, effective today, after Pablo Castaños resigned as president, CEO and director; Barbara Henderson was appointed corporate secretary on a consulting basis.
2. Experience
Laskowski runs Yellowstone Geological Services and has evaluated financing opportunities for Sandstorm Gold Royalties and International Finance Corporation since 2012. Henderson has 35 years’ experience in mining governance and communications.
