- The group held 14,715,144 shares, equal to 7.94% of share capital and 5.5% of voting rights.
- The move was driven by an off-market share purchase, followed by an increase in holdings counted through assimilation.
- The position included 2,624,270 shares via a stock loan with “right to recall” and 2,423,406 shares tied to physically settled put options.
- Exposure also included 7,005,695 shares via cash-settled call warrants and cash-settled swaps.
