GoldMining’s FY25 Sustainability Report recorded an employee total recordable incidence rate of 2.4, up from zero, and a contractor lost-time incidence rate of 11.9, also up from zero; employees had no lost-time incidents. Drill-site reclamation reached 100%, with no reportable environmental incidents, while local procurement was 36% of total spending, below the 50% annual target. FY26 goals include zero lost-time injuries, full drill-site reclamation and local procurement averaging at least 50% across sites.
