Goodyear amended a prior filing to disclose compensation for Shamrock, who is set to become vice president and controller on Oct. 16, 2026. His annual base salary will be $375,000, his target annual incentive under the Executive Annual Incentive Plan will be $225,000, and he received an additional long-term incentive grant valued at $220,000 under the 2022 Performance Plan.
