Google will open an AI centre in Berlin this Thursday within its Tiergarten district office, featuring AI development labs, demo spaces and conference rooms across three renovated floors. The facility will consolidate cloud computing and data infrastructure teams alongside a startup and research cooperation hub.

This centre forms part of Google’s €5.5 billion investment drive in Germany announced in November, which also includes a planned new data centre to support Europe’s growing cloud demand and expanded infrastructure capacity. The drive underscores Google’s commitment to scaling local operations and bolstering technology capabilities on the continent.
