Proceeds earmarked for advance payments, equipment purchases for the NeutraDC Batam data center project in Indonesia, remaining for general corporate purposes.
Notes convert at 39 ordinary shares per USD 1,000, implying an initial conversion price of USD 25.48, a 52% premium to the prior close.
Offering expected to close around July 17, subject to customary conditions.
