GRAB•Grab appointed Acushnet CFO Sean Sullivan to its board and Audit Committee, effective December 1, 2026. John Rogers will retire from both on October 31, 2026, after five years and become an adviser.

Grab appointed Sean Sullivan to its board and Audit Committee, effective December 1, 2026. Sullivan has been Acushnet’s chief financial officer since June 2023 and previously held CFO roles at SiriusXM and AMC Networks. John Rogers will retire from the board and Audit Committee on October 31, 2026, after five years, and become an adviser.
