Graco subsidiary ETM licenses motor technology to ABB for data center cooling
GGG•Graco subsidiary Electric Torque Machines signed a technology licensing agreement with ABB to develop products using ETM’s Transverse Flux Motor technology for data center cooling. Initial installations are targeted by the end of 2029.

Electric Torque Machines, a wholly owned subsidiary of Graco, signed a technology licensing agreement with ABB. The partners will develop products using ETM’s Transverse Flux Motor technology for cooling towers, heat rejection and related thermal management applications, with initial data center installations targeted by the end of 2029.
