Graham Holdings elected Robert J. Mylod, Jr. to its board of directors.

1. Board election

Mylod founded Annox Capital Management in 2013. He served as Booking Holdings’ chief financial officer and vice chairman from 2000 to 2009, then as its head of worldwide strategy and planning and vice chairman from 2009 to 2011.
