Grail Q2 2026 revenue rose 26% year over year to $44.7 million; GAAP net loss narrowed 3% to $110.2 million.
Galleri test revenue climbed 24% to $42.6 million; test volume increased 35% to more than 61,000.
GAAP gross loss improved 29% to $12.6 million; non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA loss widened 15% to $90.3 million.
Cash position and business updates
Cash, cash equivalents and short-term marketable securities totaled $861.6 million at June 30.
The company completed a $110 million equity financing with Samsung and expects an FDA advisory committee this fall for Galleri PMA review.
