Grande Group names Shihao Liu CEO, joins board replacing Yujie Chen

Grande Group named Shihao Liu CEO effective Sept. 8, replacing Yujie Chen, who resigned effective Sept. 7 for personal reasons.
Liu is CFO of Agencia Comercial Spirits since March 2026, with prior executive roles at Cornerstone Financial Holdings and Windmill Group.
The board expanded by one seat. Ronger Fu joined as independent director effective Sept. 8.
Fu will join the audit, compensation, and nominating committees; she is marketing manager at Zhaode Hong Kong and an auctioneer at Yongle Auction.
