The deal adds CastleHill’s GRC-as-a-Service model, strengthening third-party risk management and AI governance capabilities across regulated industries.
The transaction deepens Concentrix’s Banking and Financial Services push, broadening client relationships and operational support for risk, cybersecurity and resilience.
