Graphic Packaging Q3 sales, adjusted EPS slightly beat estimates
GPK•Graphic Packaging reported Q3 sales of $2.19 billion and adjusted EPS of $0.23, slightly above estimates of $2.17 billion and $0.22. It expects 2026 net sales of about $8.6 billion and adjusted EBITDA of about $1.05 billion, and reaffirmed cash flow guidance of $600 million to $700 million.

Graphic Packaging reported Q3 sales of $2.19 billion, slightly above the $2.17 billion consensus estimate, and adjusted EPS of $0.23, above the $0.22 estimate. Net income was $22 million, while adjusted net income was $67 million.

The company expects 2026 net sales of about $8.6 billion and adjusted EBITDA of about $1.05 billion. It reaffirmed its 2026 adjusted cash flow guidance of $600 million to $700 million.
3. Profitability pressures
Graphic Packaging said higher commodity input and operating costs and a 1% decrease in price lowered adjusted EBITDA year over year. Cost reduction and productivity initiatives partly offset the pressures.
