Grayscale Undercuts Peers with 0.29% Hyperliquid ETF Fee; Binance Rolls Out 7,000 Stocks
COIN•Grayscale set a 0.29% management fee for its new Hyperliquid Staking ETF, undercutting Bitwise’s 0.34% and 21Shares’ 0.30% charges. Binance will add over 7,000 U.S. stocks and ETFs with $5 minimum fractional shares and 24/5 trading, settling mainly in USDC to rival Coinbase.
1. Grayscale Launches Hyperliquid Staking ETF at 0.29% Fee
Grayscale filed for its Hyperliquid Staking ETF with a 0.29% management fee, undercutting Bitwise’s 0.34% fee and 21Shares’ 0.30% rate ahead of its expected launch next week. The fund will offer exposure to perpetual futures contracts on the Hyperliquid decentralized derivatives exchange, which has attracted over $132 million in net inflows in the past month.
2. Binance Adds 7,000 U.S. Stocks and ETFs to App
Binance enabled trading of more than 7,000 U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs alongside crypto tokens, introducing $5 minimum fractional shares and 24/5 trading to mirror crypto market accessibility. Trades will settle primarily in USDC with support for BNB, USDT, USD1 and $U, and equities will be held through a U.S.-regulated clearing broker with full dividends and corporate action eligibility, positioning Binance against Coinbase’s integrated investment platform.
