Management reshuffle names new COO, CFO and growth chief
Greater Cannabis named Carlos Septién chief operating officer, Michelle Cervantes Vivanco chief financial officer, and Ernesto Gómez Berjón chief growth officer on July 29, 2026.
Septién is CEO of Trafalgar’s Mexico group, bringing 45 years in Mexican banking and financial services, including CEO roles at Banco Autofin México.
Cervantes Vivanco is Trafalgar Mexico executive vice president, leading finance for its fintech businesses since 2019, following roles at Banorte and BanBajío.
Septién, Cervantes Vivanco and Gómez Berjón also joined the board, with their directorships set to take effect following a shareholder notice period.
