Greenbrier names Brian Comstock CEO to succeed retiring Lorie Tekorius in 2027

Greenbrier set a CEO succession plan ahead of Lorie Tekorius’ planned retirement effective Jan. 6, 2027.
Brian Comstock, executive vice president and president, The Americas, will succeed Tekorius as president and CEO.
Comstock has more than 45 years of rail industry experience, including roles at Transco Industries, Transco Railway Products, and Trinity Industries.
Tekorius will not stand for re-election to the board at the 2027 annual meeting; Comstock is expected to join the board.
