Greenland Mines received a Canadian patent for its Klotho gene therapy platform targeting cognition, memory, Alzheimer’s, aging-related neurodegeneration.
Patent No. CA3,005,398 covers use of the secreted Klotho splice variant (s-KL) delivered via a nucleic-acid gene therapy approach.
The company said the patent includes 42 granted claims spanning protein expression, delivery methods, and therapeutic use across multiple neurodegenerative indications.
