Greenland Mines launches $20 million share buyback program
GRML•Greenland Mines launched a share repurchase program of up to $20 million after raising more than $59 million, with purchases subject to market conditions, liquidity and project funding needs.
1. Buyback terms
The program may use open-market purchases or other methods, including Rule 10b5-1 plans. It has no minimum purchase requirement, and Greenland Mines can change or stop it at any time. The pace will depend on market conditions, share price, liquidity and project funding needs; the company said the funds raised support 2027 milestones at Sarfartoq and Skaergaard.
