On July 6, 2026 the British Columbia Securities Commission issued a cease trade order after GreenPower missed the June 29 deadline for its audited financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis, related certifications and annual information form for the year ended March 31, 2026.
2. Trading Unaffected on Nasdaq
The order does not impact trading of GreenPower shares on the Nasdaq exchange, and U.S. annual filings are scheduled for submission by July 31, 2026.
3. Filings Completion and CTO Revocation
GreenPower is collaborating with its auditors to finalize all required Canadian documents as quickly as possible, after which the BCSC will revoke the cease trade order.
