GRI Bio holds annual shareholder meeting
GRI•GRI Bio shareholders approved adding 546,529 common shares to the equity incentive plan and extending its evergreen provision to January 1, 2036, at the November 4 annual meeting.

Shareholders also elected two directors, including David Szekeres, ratified WithumSmith+Brown, PC as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, and authorized postponement or adjournment to solicit additional proxies if needed.
