Senior notes offering and debt refinancing

Griffon closed an offering of USD 800 million 6.25% senior notes due 2034.
Proceeds support redemption of all outstanding 5.75% senior notes due 2028, leaving none outstanding post-redemption.

The credit agreement was amended and restated to extend maturity to Aug. 18, 2031 from Aug. 1, 2028.
