GSK reports positive Mo-Rez trial data in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer
GSK•GSK reported positive results for Mo-Rez in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer from the phase I BEHOLD-1 trial; five phase III trials are underway across ovarian and endometrial cancers.
1. Trial results
GSK presented positive Mo-Rez results in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer from the phase I BEHOLD-1 trial. Common side effects were gastrointestinal and hematological; treatment-related adverse events prompted dose interruptions or reductions.
2. Further trials
Five pivotal phase III trials are underway across ovarian and endometrial cancers. Endometrial cancer patients receiving the selected phase III dose remain under follow-up, with results expected to be presented in the future.
