GTC renewed a lease with a major tenant at Advance Business Center in Sofia, expanding the tenant’s footprint to more than 5,500 sq m.
The tenant operates a global digital technology center at the complex, active in Bulgaria since 2020.
Advance Business Center totals about 32,000 sq m of LEED Gold Class A office space across two buildings.
