GTC secures occupancy permit for Budapest Centerpoint 3 office project

GTC received an occupancy permit for Centerpoint 3, completing a major office development in Budapest’s Váci Corridor.
Centerpoint 3 adds 36,600 sq m of office, retail and service space and was built to LEED Gold requirements.
UNIQA Hungary leased more than 6,000 sq m for a new headquarters, with relocation expected later this year.
The finished Centerpoint complex totals more than 77,000 sq m in Budapest’s District 13, while GTC’s Hungary portfolio totals nearly 240,000 sq m.
