The findings include analyses suggesting FGFR2 amplification may identify patients with advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer who are more sensitive to bemarituzumab, and genomic complexity and changes in methylation-based assays may identify patients at risk of early progression on lorlatinib. A NADIM II analysis linked undetectable postsurgical residual disease to favorable long-term outcomes, while detectable disease identified patients at high risk of early recurrence.
