Guided Therapeutics signed a new supply agreement with China distributor Yuanshuo Medical Instruments for LuViva systems, disposables, parts and services.
The deal calls for about $300,000 in payments and parts from China to support an NMPA manufacturing inspection.
Potential follow-on purchase order if NMPA clears manufacturing
Upon NMPA clearance, the purchase order would cover 50 LuViva systems and 500,000 single-use components for China.
The agreement runs alongside an existing China arrangement with Hangzhou Dongye for 35 devices, with seven delivered.
