Shares jump on Q2 results and outlook raise
Shares of Hagerty HGTY.N, which provides insurance for classic cars, boats, and motorcycles, jumped as much as 15.1%, hitting their highest since January.
Stock was last up 14% at $13.37.
HGTY posted a smaller-than-expected loss in Q2 and increased its full-year outlook for total written premium, revenue, and net income.
Analyst ratings and year-to-date performance
Three of eight brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, four "hold" and one "sell"; median PT $14, according to data compiled by LSEG.
As of the last close, HGTY stock was down 12.8% year to date.
