Haleon publishes transcript of H1 2026 results presentation

Haleon published a transcript of its H1 2026 results presentation attended by CEO Brian McNamara and CFO Dawn Allen.

• Organic revenue rose 2.6% in H1, accelerating to 3.1% in Q2; full-year guidance reaffirmed at 3%-5% organic growth.
• Adjusted operating profit grew 8.2% at constant currency; gross margin expanded 140 bps; operating margin rose 120 bps constant currency.
• Free cash flow totaled GBP 769 million; GBP 893 million returned via dividends and buybacks; interim dividend set at 2.4p, up 9%.
• Management flagged weaker Respiratory Health demand; noted improving North America trends, stronger Emerging Markets momentum, and Middle East conflict pressures.
