Halliburton appoints David Hernandez to board of directors
HAL•Halliburton appointed David Hernandez to its board through the 2027 annual shareholder meeting.
1. Board appointment
Hernandez is president of Hunt Consolidated and has spent more than 18 years at the Hunt family of companies. He previously served as vice president of tax at Electronic Data Systems.
