Hamilton fastest to complete Ferrari's US Grand Prix practice sweep
RACE•Lewis Hamilton set the fastest time in final practice for the US Grand Prix, completing Ferrari's sweep of the three practice sessions. His 1:34.893 lap was 0.168 seconds quicker than Max Verstappen and 0.234 faster than teammate Charles Leclerc.
1. Ferrari leads practice
Hamilton was fastest for Ferrari in final practice at Austin's Circuit of the Americas after Leclerc led Friday's first two sessions. Hamilton's best lap was 1:34.893, ahead of Verstappen by 0.168 seconds and Leclerc by 0.234 seconds.
2. Qualifying ahead
Leclerc lost his best lap for exceeding track limits at Turn Nine. Mercedes' George Russell was fourth fastest and championship leader Kimi Antonelli fifth; Antonelli leads Russell by 102 points with five races remaining after Austin. Ferrari is chasing its first pole of 2026.
