The sale process was run by CBRE, according to the announcement dated Sept. 14, 2026.

Hamilton Lane funds co-invested with Stockdale Capital in the $157 million acquisition of The Shoppes at Chino Hills in Southern California.
The asset spans 378,140 square feet and is positioned as an open-air lifestyle center in Chino Hills, a high-growth Inland Empire submarket.
