Harmonic delays quarterly filing as it finalizes financials after Video Business sale

Harmonic filed a Form 12b-25 to delay its quarterly report for the period ended July 3, 2026.

The company said it needs extra time to complete its consolidated financial statements following the recent sale of its Video Business.

Harmonic plans to file the Form 10-Q within the five-calendar-day extension allowed under SEC Rule 12b-25.

The company said no significant change in results of operations is expected versus the comparable period last year.
