Silbermann sells shares through family trust

Pinterest director and 10% owner Benjamin Silbermann sold 93,750 Class A shares on Aug. 11-12 at weighted average prices of $23.88 and $23.23.

The sales were executed through the Benjamin and Divya Silbermann Family Trust. The trust converted 93,750 Class B shares into Class A shares in connection with the sales.

Trust holdings in Class A shares ended at zero following the transactions.
