Unsolicited proposal received for BAS segment

H.B. Fuller Company (FUL.N) said it has received an unsolicited proposal from Ancora to buy its Building Adhesive Solutions, or BAS, segment for $1.10 billion-$1.20 billion in cash.

The company said its board will carefully evaluate the proposal in consultation with its financial and legal advisors.
